SAUNA85 X RULES
Join us on Sunday, April 26th at 13:30 at Rentemestervej 64.
The session costs 150 DKK, and you're encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in before we begin.
You'll experience a guided infusion of essential oils in the sauna, creating a calming and refreshing atmosphere that helps release stress and tension, in the best community energy.
Saunagus is a great way to support your recovery after intense training, whether it's boxing, strength workouts, or cardio training. The heat helps relax sore muscles, improve circulation, and speed up recovery so you feel refreshed and ready for your next session.
Please bring:
- Swimwear
- A towel
- A water bottle to stay hydrated
- Optional flip-flops
