We’re bringing together Rules and Tir na nÓg for a social session combining training, food, and drinks.🍔 🍺
What’s included:
- 🥊 Group boxing session at Rules (12:00–13:00)
- Food and drinks at Tir na nÓg (13:30–16:00)
- 🍔 Food: a Burger OR a Chicken Salad
- 🍺 Drinks: a Carlsberg Beer OR Soda
- Social time with both communities
We start at Rules Boxing Club after the session, we head over to Tir na nÓg to relax, refuel, and connect.
Feel free to bring your own boxing gloves, or you can borrow a pair when you arrive.
