Join us on a relaxing and recharging saunagus session by Sauna85

The session costs 150 DKK, and you're encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in before we begin.

We will leave together from Rules at 20:00.

You'll experience a guided infusion of essential oils in the sauna, creating a calming and refreshing atmosphere that helps release stress and tension.Saunagus is also a great way to support your recovery after intense training - whether it's boxing, or strength workouts. The heat helps relax sore muscles, improve circulation, and speed up recovery so you feel refreshed and ready for your next session.

A water bottle to stay hydrated
Optional flip-flops
