RULES INTRO PROGRAM — STARTING MAY 6
A 4-week intro program designed for anyone who wants to get started with boxing — whether it’s your first time or you’re looking to refresh the basics. Train in a fixed group, learn the fundamentals, and become part of the club from day one.
The program starts May 6, and everyone begins together — from the same foundation.
You’ll train once a week in the same group (up to 24 participants), led by Michelle and Pelle, where we focus on the most important fundamentals of boxing.
At the same time, you’ll have full access to all classes in the club, so you can train as much as you want throughout the program.
WHEN WE TRAIN
Wednesday 19:00–20:00
From May 1, you can already book and join all other classes in the app, so you can start training right away — even though your intro program begins on May 6.
WHAT YOU GET:
After 4 weeks, you’ll feel at home — both technically and socially.
INCLUDED:
On the final training, we wrap up the program together:
MEMBERSHIP TERMS
This program is part of a membership.
The membership renews automatically every month after the 4-week intro program.
