From your first jab to advanced techniques, we’ve got classes for all levels. Start with our beginner sessions to master the basics, or push yourself in Strength and Box & Strength classes for a full-body workout.

Beyond training, you’ll join a vibrant community, enjoy social events, and get the flexibility to train at any of our clubs in both Copenhagen and Aarhus.
