Join now and get unlimited access to boxing, strength, and Box & Strength classes for only 650 DKK/month – with your first month for just 1 DKK! No prior experience required—our classes are for everyone, from beginners to advanced fighters.

Start with our beginner classes to build technique and confidence, or push your limits in our strength-focused and combination sessions.

Beyond training, you’ll join a welcoming community with regular social events, and enjoy the flexibility to train at any of our locations in Copenhagen and Aarhus.
