Get unlimited access to boxing and strength classes – no experience needed. Whether you're brand new or already experienced, our classes are designed to challenge and develop you at every level.


We offer beginner-friendly sessions focused on building technique, confidence, and conditioning. For those looking to push further, our schedule also includes Strength classes and Box & Strength sessions – a high-energy mix of boxing and strength training that delivers a full-body workout.


Beyond training, Rules Boxing Club NBRO is built on community. We host regular social events, making it easy to meet like-minded people and become part of a welcoming, supportive environment.

Your membership gives you access to all our clubs in Copenhagen and Aarhus – same great classes, more flexibility.


Your first month is just 1 KR, with a commitment of ongoing month + 1 month (minimum 2 months).

Minimum price: 651 DKK (student rate: 551 DKK). Your membership will automatically switch to student pricing if eligible. Membership continues unless cancelled by email at nbro@rules.dk.
