Get unlimited access to a variety of classes with no prior experience required. Whether you're a complete beginner or an advanced fighter, we have something for everyone.
Our beginner classes are specifically designed to help you build confidence and technique, with a focus on learning the basics of boxing and fitness. We also offer specialized Strength classes, as well as Box & Strength sessions, which combine boxing with strength training for a full-body workout.
In addition to our extensive class schedule, we host numerous social events throughout the year, giving you the chance to connect with fellow members and become part of a vibrant, supportive community.
As a member, you’ll have the flexibility to train at any of our locations in Copenhagen and Aarhus—our three clubs offer the same high-quality training experience, wherever you are.

Cancellation policy: Ongoing month + 1 month (minimum 2 months commitment).
